Third steps in ski touring
March
Training for those with some ski touring experience who want to widen their horizons and gain extra confidence.
This is the third and final level of the Basecamp Tours ski touring training program.
If you know some of the classic ski touring routes and are already bored of skinning up the “Green” slope on Vitosha; if you climb up to about 800 metres but always ski down in someone else’s track; if you want to go deeper into the mountains, discover new peaks and lines, refine your technique and gain more confidence in reading the terrain – these two days are for you!
We go into more serious terrain and take you to places you would not go alone at this stage, looking for more challenging lines. Participants need good skinning technique so that we can focus more on the skiing. Another key topic is the complete organisation of a ski tour: choosing the route and making sound decisions.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance.
Package price for the whole module (3 weekends): €390 – for this option write to us at info@basecamp.tours.
Note: We keep the right to change the program in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
* Minimum number of participants – 4; no more than 6 people per guide.
* Reservation should be no later than 10 days before the program or until places run out. Reservation is considered confirmed if payment is processed within 3 days after booking.

What Our Guests Say
Thank the snow gods, then thank Stan
The snow gods were kind this weekend — that's on them, not me. But Stan and the Basecamp Tours crew being absolutely dialled in? That's every single time, no asterisk. Smart route choices, safety that never feels paranoid, and feedback that actually makes you better. The snow is a gamble. Basecamp Tours is not.
