Ivo was very competent in leading our trip

He ensured that we were safe on our walk, and at all times ensured that the pace was ok for everyone in the mixed ability group. He worked extremely hard to support the group professionally, but also socially; helping inclusion in a group of varied age and backgrounds – enabling friendships to be formed within the first day.
